Summary:                    chan_cellphone has a NULL pointer dereference in the
 do_send_rfcomm routine
Description: 
The routine does not check for number of arguments passed. 

If tab (or no arg to the command) are used on the CLI this results in a
NULL pointer dereference and a crash.
