Summary:                    [patch] Prevent an asterisk crash if we do a 'module
unload app_dial.so'
Description: 
If we do a module unload app_dial.so and then we run on the CLI:
'dialplan show'
asterisk will crash, because registrar in the contexts structure of the
created app_dial context is pointing to a non existent memory address and
the 'not needed' context is still there.
