Description: 
<recalc seconds> is optional only if parameter 'recalc' is setted.
so, replace [recalc] [<recalc seconds>] with [recalc [<recalc seconds>]]
Also if we put 'core show translation whatever' and whatever!= recalc
return CLI_SHOWUSAGE;
