Description: 
This patch provides some javascript for language support, and some
functions to store any kind of var easily in a cookie that I wrote. I used
it for storing the languages across pages.

brett, were you able to set and retrieve cookies on asterisk webserver ?
I tried the patch you gave here - but it is not setting any cookies.
