Summary: [patch] Added ringdebounce as a module parameter
Description:
Needed to change the ringdebounce value (from 64 to 128) for a client
(TDM400P w. 4 FXO), and found that i had to change two values in wctdm.c.
Decide to add ringdebounce and a module init.
