Summary: libpri locks up if an external resource-hungry
process is run on same system
Description:
Hello,
I'm using asterisk 1.2.7.1 on Debian Sarge with kernel 2.6.15-1-k7-smp and
zaptel 1.2.5.
I have a quad-PRI Digium card with 2 only PRI interfaces linked to a CISCO
AS5350.
Everything works fine for a while but after a random time (1 day or a
week) the PRI "locks up" and it's impossibile to make and receive calls
with this error:
Apr 22 09:20:32 NOTICE[1366]: app_dial.c:1029 dial_exec_full: Unable to
create channel of type 'ZAP' (cause 34 - Circuit/channel congestion)
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
At the same time a lot of other things stops to work like playback of
files and conferencing. It seems like a timing issue, like the timer stops
working.

There has been no reply for a week, and no reply prior to my notes for
quite a bit... my CDR commits should fix this, but if not please feel free
to reopen it.
