Summary:                    Fake ringback and huge sound delay
Description: 
On outgoing call no sound before connect condition, only ringback generated
by asterisk, without any options in Dial command. If the called party is
not available, there is no IVR from mobile operator. I have huge sound
delay - about 1.5 sec. in one audio way too.
