Summary:                    Compiling Asterisk --with-imap support fails
Description: 
When compiling against the imap-2006k library on CentOS 5, 64-bit, I get
the following:

FYI: using gcc 4.1.2 on CentOS 5


I tried the test again by moving the ifdef block above asterisk.h, and it
still seems to work for me in latest trunk.

Not sure how else to fix this... but I'm no coder :)
