Summary:                    Asterisk hangs on reload, console not responsive
Description: 
We just experienced a hang on one of our servers while issuing a reload
command.  The asterisk console became non-responsive, and attaching new
asterisk console processes did not allow us to execute any further console
commands.  A couple of "show channels" commands were run with no output
produced.  So unfortunately, we could not get the output of "core show
locks".  We did get gdb output from the running process, and hopefully
someone can get something from this.

There is a possibility that there were 2 reloads that were runing
concurrently (by accident).

I suspect that this was a one-time thing.  If you do have this happen
again, please reopen this issue, and we'll need the output of a core show
locks - don't run show channels, and it shouldn't lock the CLI.
