Summary:                    caller_chan_id/callee_chan_id does not contain
correct info when call is xfered
Description: 
I have a problem with the built in call monitor stuff from res_features.c
in asterisk 1.2.24 When I get a call xfered to me and then I try to record
the call the filename represents that the extension that xfered me the call
is who recorded it instead of me

It's been over a week with no response - I can only assume that 1.4 fixed
this.  Please reopen if you are able to reproduce on 1.4.
