Summary:                    make install problems in zaptel 1.4.5 and zaptel
1.2.20
Description: 
In zaptel 1.4.5:

line 449 of the makefile fails to call install-includes

install-programs: install-utils install-libs install-inlcude

this in turn prevents compiling zaptel apps and channel drivers for
asterisk core.


1.2.20 has the following issues::
* 'make config' fails to install rcconf file (fixed in 2904)
* 'make config'  only installs "libs" and not the rest of userspace (fixed
in 2903)

marked severity major only because the impact of the typo results in
further compiling errors for asterisk. the fix is obviously fairly easy to
correct.
