Summary: [patch] implement call pickup on Snom phones
Description:
this is more or less my current SIP playground, that i want to share with
others.
maybe some of these ideas could be the starting point for properly
implemented features within asterisk. please feel free to use this for
inspiration.
some of the features are highly experimental. so be warned!

not 100% means althogh it does not do a channel walk it is still limited to
only working with SIP phones.... this is not ideal as you would wanty to be
able to pickup any technology with a directed pickup.
what this does is to get the snom to send a reinvite/replaces with the sip
bits to do a pickup.
traversing the iflist is more friendly than going through all channels and
works fine as far as i can see ...
this is fine for a all sip implementation ... locking the iflist could be
a good idea i guess ...
