Summary: implementation of store_func & destroy_func
Description:
This patch implements new RT API calls *store func and * destroy_func.
Those calls was introduced in issue 8118. The main purpose of those calls
is to have a full control over a data in RT storage engine.

Russell, thank you for pointing out my mistakes! didn't know about
"--anble-dev-mode" option, i think i should subscribe to -dev list, to stay
in touch :)
Please review a new version of this patch when you will have some free
time.
