Summary:                    Hint does not update state from Hold to Idle
Description: 
Two SIP extensions are in call and one of them is put on-hold - when call
is disconnected before returning from on-hold, hint status remains 'Hold'
and is not updated to 'Idle'.

As additional side note, limitonpeer should be set to yes.
