Summary:                    Hint does not update state from Hold to Idle
Description: 
Two SIP extensions are in call and one of them is put on-hold - when call
is disconnected before returning from on-hold, hint status remains 'Hold'
and is not updated to 'Idle'.

lokotes: Did you read UPGRADE.txt from asterisk source ?? I think you
should put call-limit = x parameter on sip.conf in order for the hint to
work correctly.

e.g config snippet

[100]

type=friend
disallow=all
allow=g729
context=internal
call-limit=10
