Summary: users.conf host=gynamic, should be dynamic=yes
Description:
Dear Pari,
We use GUI rev. 891, Asterisk 1.4.4
If we use GUI to set up SIP accounts and logging it to -rvvvvd output, one
might notice this
[May 9 12:01:07] NOTICE[21971]: chan_sip.c:7177 sip_reg_timeout: --

[May 9 12:01:07] WARNING[21971]: chan_sip.c:2738 create_addr: No such
host: dynamic
[May 9 12:01:07] WARNING[21971]: chan_sip.c:7255 transmit_register:
Probably a DNS error for registration to 305 at dynamic, trying REGISTER
again (after 20 seconds)
We presumed this is due to the fact that users.conf has host = dynamic
instead of required dynamic = yes definitions.
If we delete host = dynamic from users.conf , the problem is healed.
Is there something we miss?
Cheers.
