This patch provides some javascript for language support, and some
functions to store any kind of var easily in a cookie that I wrote. I used
it for storing the languages across pages.

This is a pretty hott subject.

Were you ever able to reproduce the select box bug I was talking to you
about bbryant?

It could have just been me, not sure.

Any testers? Either way, its a great start.
