Summary:                    Denying GSM codec on a trunk removes the trunk as
option from the calling rules
Description: 
One of my ITSP's is having issues with the gsm codec. I disallowed gsm as
codec for the account. Then when I wanted to reroute calls to this ITSP the
trunk wasn't selectable anymore. The list with dialing rules actually
complained that I had no trunk for a number of rules.

I removed gsm from the disallowed codecs (the list of denied codec was now
empty again) and the trunk showed up again in all dialing rules screens.
