Summary:                    Unable to set password during initial login
Description: 
When attempting to log in for the first time, the GUI presents a warning
dialog that tells you to change your password.  When I click "OK", then set
the new password, nothing happens.  On further inspection via the Asterisk
console, it appears that the manager session is timing out either
immediately before or when the update command is sent.

The net result is that I cannot change the password and thus cannot log
into the GUI.  I tried changing the 'httptimeout' value in manager.conf to
a much larger value (500 seconds) but that made no difference -- the login
still timed out (or it somehow hit an error during the update that caused
the server to think it timed out).
