It should be enough to put

dahdi_enable="YES"
dahdi_modules="wctdm24xxp"

in /etc/rc.conf

and run

/usr/local/etc/rc.d/dahdi start

You should see messages about wctdm24xxp driver being loaded on console and
in /var/log/messages.
