Well, I don't think that can be exactly the same thing here because in 
the scenario where this is occurring the inbound toll free DID is the 
same for both calls.  A bit more about the setup since that is probably 
confusing.  I have a PostGIS db setup with a bunch of polygons 
representing territories.  Another DB is setup with all phone numbers 
approximate latitude and longitude.  Asterisk AGI gets the location of 
the CLI and sends it to PostGIS to see if that point is in a polygon and 
if so route it to a particular destination number.  As far as I know, 
all destination numbers except one are receiving the correct CLI.  So 
maybe my PRI carrier is mucking with it....?
