Thanks, now all is working (asterisk-1.2.17 + zaptel-1.2.3 + 
codec_g729a.so).

Our last test patch to asterisk port was 
http://www.nlink.com.br/~paulo/asterisk-1.2.17.tgz or only its 
modifications in http://www.nlink.com.br/~paulo/port-asterisk.diff
