[Asterisk-bsd] Zaptel Gain problems - wcfxo driver

please ignore..

Another dumb mistake..    a simple typo in the dialplan was
activating the zap_chan privacy Caller ID function.    I did learn
that it had that function in there, just didn't expect to find it  
that way.

all better now, and the gain functions work just fine, in the right
file.
