We use a TDM400P with all four ports populated with FXO cards. No
clicking at all. FreeBSD 6.1 release, current version of Asterisk and
zaptel ports.

We had one problem with one of the ports not answering calls on two
occasions 4 weeks apart. We replaced that daughter board and haven't
had another problem since (for one week).
