exten => ${FWDNUMBER},1,Dial(${FWDRINGS},20,r)
exten => ${FWDNUMBER},2,Voicemail,u${FWDVMBOX}
exten => ${FWDNUMBER},102,Voicemail,b${FWDVMBOX}

Try changing $FWDNUMBER} to s in all three lines above. I think that will do it (but, as I said, I'm not an expert).
