[Asterisk-bsd] Real usefullness of mpg123 dependency / rxfax note

provided we patch configs/musiconhold.conf.sample to have a different

minor patch could be a freebsd-specific patch as part of ports and it would 
greatly enhance the out of the box experience of asterisk on freebsd.

this is excellent news. faxing using spandsp is something we havent yet 
experiemented with using asterisk on freebsd.
