[Asterisk-bsd] new port for asterisk 1.2.7.1 doesn't compile

Well,
cd /usr/ports/misc/libpri
make deinstall reinstall clean
cd /usr/ports/misc/zaptel
make deinstall reinstall clean
cd /usr/ports/net/asterisk
make deinstall reinstall clean
Fixed the problem. Still asterisk's makefile needs to forcefully rebuild
libpri/zaptel when upgrading from 1.2.4 to 1.2.7
