[Asterisk-bsd] new port for asterisk 1.2.7.1 doesn't compile

asterisk and libpri from ports are not in sync. there needs to be an 
upgrade to update libpri in ports to version 1.2.2 so asterisk 1.2.7.1 can 
build against this.
