[Asterisk-bsd] The future of 4.X support was [zaptel-bsd]

I tried to use 4.x but had many strange problems (hangups, voice prompts
that wouldn't play, no answers).  I posted to this list but no one seemed
to care.  So I think that adoption based on support for 4.x is
non-existant.
