[Asterisk-bsd] 2nd generation of T1/E1 cards

Ruh roh I lied - this is wrong info - I was not actually loading  
wcfxo.ko, now I am again and
the ole ProSLIC error is still there.

kernel: Freshmaker version: 73
kernel: Freshmaker passed register test
kernel: ProSLIC 3210 version 2 is too old
kernel: ProSLIC sanity check failed
