[Asterisk-bsd] FreeBSD port of 1.2

It will be nice to have an "asterisk-devel" port like the other ports. (ie samba-devel, ...)

Has anybody done anything towards a FreeBSD port of Asterisk 1.2beta2 
(or beta1)? I've looked on FreshPorts but there is nothing to be found.
