[Asterisk-bsd] Localisation

This is a "physical ring" issue - i.e. not what you hear in the headset of
the calling phone but from the bell of the called phone.
I don't find anything that points to ringing the called phone.

If you know what to change for any area I could play with the settings to
see if that's what I need for Luxembourg.
