[Asterisk-bsd] G729 for fbsd

I noticed the i3886 version worked no problem.. it was the other ones 
that had the bug :)

the problem with the g729 was it pointed to wrong dir and had a bug 
that it
would only load about every 4th boot

Mark and the team should have a fix today or over the weekend....
