[Asterisk-bsd] Compiling ASterisk on FreeBSD 5.4

see if the latest version work on fbsd (manually update/modify their ports)

if they do, try to install asterisk with them.

if it works submit a PR to have them updated.

So... asterisk doesn't recommend the newest versions but it does seem to
want the newest versions that are available on openh323.org (which are
a few months older than the ones in the FBSD ports collection). So already
we aren't using the recommended versions. Hrm... guess I'll first tweak
my system up to the versions that asterisk wants and then experiment from
there.
