[Asterisk-bsd] wct1xxp problems

Have had the following errors for quite some time using the latest FreeBSD 
zaptel port, or build from SVN over the past couple of months. Using a 
version from several months ago does not give these errors. They slowly 
get worse (1 second phone cut-out w/ each message) as uptime goes on 
making it unusable.
