[Asterisk-bsd] System Hangs under 5.3

i used to see this very, very often when i was using mpg123 for MoH. 
however, since applying the chanspy with native music on hold patch, and 
using ulaw/alaw based MoH files (thus not using mpg123), i've yet to see 
that message.
