The described problem has been solved. I updated source tree of
Asterisk using CVSup as Andrew A. Kochetkoff recommends and took ports
of OpenH323 and PWLib created by Kirk Davis. Asterisk was built with
H.323 channel driver without any serious problems ant it is capable to
make outgoing calls using H.323 now. Of course it requires much more
time to configure and to test Asterisk in order to be fully sure that
it really works properly. But anyway thanks everybody for help and
advices.
By the way did anybody try to connect Cisco IP Phone 7940 (SIP) to
Avaya IP Office (H.323) using Asterisk as protocol converter or
something like this? May be somebody can share its experience with me.
