[Asterisk-bsd] H323 channel driver is not capable to make
outgoing calls

Welcome!
Thereof we have using PWLib 1.9.1 & OpenH323 1.17.2. All compiles fine,
but there are many errors/bugs/memory leakage in code of chan_h323.c, - for
beginning erroneous handling of channel(s) start, cause channel driver runs
RTP when H323 stack signalling haven't finished. And as addition, I suggest
to change in pwlib/make/ptbuildopts.mak, ENDLDLIBS += -lpthread ...
to -pthread for 5.3 or higher FBSD.
