Good point,

I had a quick look at his machine and for what ever reason it is too
slow to run ztdummy

Have you got kernel and userland debugging switched on? Is the kernel
compiled with HZ=1000

If there is no problem with the above then I suggest you put a X100P or
clone in the machine and use that for timing.

you should be getting 98-99%
