[Asterisk-bsd] IAX2 long latency

I tested both using GSM.

Both machines are on the same subnet and identical in the way asterisk is
used.

I checked into this because I have been having a few dropped packet problems
connecting to voiptalk from the FreeBSD box but not the Linux box which must
be due to the longer latency.
