[Asterisk-bsd] items built but un tested properly

Richard,
Just cvs sup zaptel from the cvs head. Copy the latest zaptel.h and place it
in
asterisk/include.
Edit this copy and remove the line
#include linux/ioctl.h
now you should be able to compile and install asterisk.
