[Asterisk-bsd] items built but un tested properly

Good afternoon to all the bsd users.

as of today I have built and installed many apps but am unable to test due to 
the fact that zaptel is outof date in ports and  when you try to compile 
*-head it says to update the zaptel driver.

Currently I have built with no errors:
Festival 1.4.1 from  ports on fbsd
valetparking
sphinx from ports

These apps all require zaptel timing...

I  wrote a 7 digit dialing exten. 

I am workign on a callwake. and loading up postgress and learning it . for 
apps and billling .

oh323 is broken in ports

prepaid has a few small compile errors that need fixing. and it should work.

at this point I am working on libs and in a holding pattern till we get zaptel 
updated and working in ports....
