Should work just fine -- I'm using it under NetBSD.

You probably mean changes to cdr/Makefile, right?  To get it to find
the (from ports) installed PostgreSQL kit?  Where is FreeBSD putting
the stuff?  If you look at the Makefile, I'm sure you will quickly
understand what to add where -- and then submit a bug report.  :-)
