monitoring and reporting suite QueueMetrics.

QueueMetrics collects data from an Asterisk-based PBX and generates
analytical reports with over 200 different metrics, covering all the
key categories for an effective call center management: realtime
panels, historical reporting system, supervisor page, agent page,
wallboards, quality assessment modules, payroll management, soft-phone
and much more.

performed through a generic JSON API and security and data protection
has been largely improved.

Full support for Korean language has been added as well as several bug
fixes implemented.
