[asterisk-biz] QueueMetrics 13.12 released today

Hello all,

we just released QueueMetrics call-center monitoring suite 13.12. This
release focuses most on integration - generating reports externally
and having them included in QueueMetrics, integrating with popular CRM
software packages, integrating with Asterisk 12 and with process
watchdogs.


We also fixed usability and bug fixes in a number of areas.

- Externally-generated report pages
- Improved QA
- Easier integration to external CRMs
- Compatible with Asterisk 12
 - A long set of small improvements in all content areas

In total, over 70 issues were fixed/added in this release.
