Christian, call me later when you leave the office..

Also.. I think outsourcing is great especially for smaller startups that
dont have deep pockets. Not everyone can afford a 60k to 100k a year
engineer + benefits + overhead + taxes
But with that said, you get a very different experience and outcome by
having someone dedicated full time and in house in some situations.
