I'll throw my hat into this particular ring with our UK geos - revshare
available for 100K+/month, rates up to 0.003 GBP (about $0.005)/min.

On this topic: I have Israel DIDs. They are great for calling cards, with
unlimited channels and a low MRC per DID.  Revenue share also available for
over 50k/month of traffic.
