[asterisk-biz] Queuemetrics Espresso install broken?

Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone has tried the Queuemetrics Espresso install. It has a
few bugs seems like it and their developers are slow as usual to answer the
post on their forums. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing what I
am experiencing which is "queue show" command shows many users waiting for
agent but the Real-Time GUI shows only 1 or 2 calls waiting.
