Monoprice.com has some cheap ones. Last time I checked they had them for $100. Not sure if your going to find cheaper.

Sorry, if it's not directly related but are there any used server rack resellers in Dallas, Texas area that you may know of? Looking for a full height server rack to be picked up this week. Not looking for new racks that cost a lot. It will house an Asterisk server and few other servers.

If you know anyone might have those around Dallas please reply off list. This is an immediate need.
