[asterisk-biz] QueueMetrics support SLA - Are they usually available for support or are they a really small one man run company?

Thanks Matt. Now, I really want to live in Italy :-)

I have already received feedback on the forum just like Marco promised. One
of his posts seems to have rectified 90% of my issue already.
